• Remote / hybrid / on-site preference

3. How We Use Your Data

• Account & Identity Verification — Creating your account and verifying your phone number via SMS OTP.
• Profile Creation — Extracting your resume content to build your professional profile on the Platform.
• Job Matching — Matching your profile with relevant opportunities posted by verified employers based on skills, experience, location, and preferences.
• Employer Discovery — Making your professional profile visible to verified employers and recruiters searching for candidates on the marketplace.
• Communication — Sending you notifications about matches, employer interest, and account-related updates (verification codes, profile status).
• Analytics & Improvement — Understanding usage patterns to improve matching quality (always in aggregated, non-identifying form where possible).

4. Who Can See Your Data

We take your privacy seriously. Here is exactly who can see what:

• Verified Employers — Approved employers and recruiters can see your professional profile: name, extracted resume data (experience, skills, education), target role, and general location. They can not see your email or phone number until they initiate contact through the Platform.
• Colors Staff — Authorized team members for support, moderation, and Platform operation.
• Service Providers — Third-party services for hosting, resume processing, and analytics, all bound by strict data-processing agreements.
• Legal Authorities — Only when required by law, regulation, or court order.
• Unverified Users — No. Unverified or unapproved accounts cannot access the candidate marketplace.

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Where We Store Your Data

Your data is stored in secure, encrypted databases hosted on cloud infrastructure:

• Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
• Resume files are stored securely and only accessible to authorized systems
