Terms of Use — Candidates

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a candidate account on the Colors platform ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Colors Matching Ltd. ("Colors", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Platform Purpose

Colors is a recruitment marketplace designed to connect job seekers with employers and recruitment agencies. As a candidate, you can upload your resume, set job preferences, and be matched with relevant opportunities through our AI-powered matching system — completely free of charge.

3. How the Platform Works for Candidates

When you sign up, your resume is processed and your professional profile becomes visible to verified employers and recruiters on the Platform. Specifically:

• Resume Processing — Your uploaded resume is analyzed to extract key information (skills, experience, education) for matching purposes.
• Profile Visibility — Your professional profile (extracted resume data, job target, and general location) is visible to verified employers searching for candidates on the Platform.
• Controlled Sharing — Only verified and approved companies can access the candidate marketplace. Your personal contact details (email, phone) are only shared when an employer initiates contact through the Platform.
• AI Matching — Our system automatically matches your profile with relevant job opportunities based on your skills, experience, and stated preferences.

4. Your Control Over Your Data

You are always in control of your presence on the Platform:

• You can hide your profile at any time, making it invisible to employers.
• You can update your resume by uploading a new file.
• You can delete your account and all associated data permanently.
• You can update your preferences (target role, location, availability) at any time.

5. Account Eligibility & Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age. When creating an account you agree to provide accurate information including your full name, email, phone number, and a current resume. Your phone number is verified via a one-time SMS code for security purposes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform honestly and in good faith. You will:

• Provide a genuine resume that accurately represents your qualifications and experience.
• Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Not use the Platform for any purpose other than job seeking.
• Not attempt to access employer tools, scrape data, or reverse-engineer the Platform.
• Respond professionally to employer inquiries.

7. Free Service for Candidates

The Platform is completely free for candidates. We do not charge any fees for creating an account, uploading your resume, being matched with opportunities, or being contacted by employers. We will never ask you for payment information.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform — including its design, code, AI models, matching algorithms, and branding — is the property of Colors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of your resume content and personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". Colors does not guarantee employment outcomes, interview invitations, or any specific number of employer views. We are not responsible for the hiring decisions of employers who use the Platform.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may also suspend or remove accounts that contain fraudulent information, violate these Terms, or are inactive for an extended period (with prior notice).

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
